The development of quality management systems in the food industry

 
The standards ISO 9000 series is a universal framework for building a quality management system in any organization, at any economic area. But the universality of standards does not allow to take into account some aspects of the different branches of industry. In particular, the food industry also apply HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) - is recognized worldwide system of risk analysis and management of critical control points used in the food industry to ensure food safety.
