Consumer's behaviour under shop's choice for purchasing building and finishing materials (in Tolyatti town)
 
The main results of research, which was hold under the order of one of the market leaders, the shop specializing on sale of building and finishing materials, are presented. The results of the research have been used for the advertising policy of the shop. The main goal of the research is to find out the motivation of the consumers choice for concrete shop of finishing materials. The research was done by using focus groups method.
